The company manufactures and markets an extensive range of branded products as detailed below. Recently it entered the palliative care arena with the introduction of Morphgesic and Anzemet.
Erythromycin: Erythrocin ® (erythromycin stearate and lactobionate) and Erythroped ® (erythromycin ethylsuccinate) are salts and esters of the broad-spectrum antibiotic erythromycin. Erythromycin is a macrolide antibiotic, which has an antimicrobial spectrum similar to or slightly wider than that of penicillin, and is often used for people who have an allergy to penicillin’s. It was first launched in 1952 and remains one of the worlds most widely used antibiotics.
